HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One
by anonymili - written on 13/06/07 (Very useful, 1020 readings)
Rating:
The HP Officejet 7310 is an all-in-one colour printer, scanner, copier and fax machine. With built in networking capabilities so that multiple users can access it s a pretty good all rounder. I d say it s primarily best for office use where you have multiple users sharing the same machine for colour printing, faxing and scanning needs. It s advertised by HP themselves as being designed for "small and micro business users who need to share high performance duplex print, fax, scan and copy tools over a wired network of up to five users, with the ability to print remotely via the Internet" but we use it in a networked office of up to 20 users and we ve never had ...

I've only just bought an Officejet D145 so perhaps its a little early to be writing this review. However, I'm already really impressed. The D145 All-in-One.... as its name suggests.... is an all-in-one machine that does printing, copying, scanning and faxing. The capabilities however are quite stunning. It prints at up to 2400 x 1200 dpi in both black-and-white or colour with print speeds up to 19 pages per minute. The print speeds I've achieved so far are actually very close to those specified by HP, unlike some other machines. It will do all the usual desktop printy things, like print on photo-quality paper, OHP transparencies, envelopes etc. It also works ...

The only reason I know about this piece of equipment is because we used it at work, and yes it did do an awful lot of work. SETTING UP --Software First or Connect First?-- My first piece of advice is to read the instructions ? do not do what we did at work and plug the printer in, let windows find it as a new device, finding the drivers on the cdrom and hope it works ? it wont. Always install the software first and let the cd run its course. --USB or parallel?? The next piece of advice I could give is to decide on whether to use a USB or parallel connection. I would choose a USB connection as this definitely runs faster and is much more ...
