      Very good all-in-one printer

This printer is not the newest out there, and we have had it in our home for many years. I remember buying it along with my first external hard drive, which is quite old, at least 6 years old. This is supposed to be a printer-scanner and copy machine, all in one.

First things first, the reason I bought this was because both me and my brother were trying to find a good printer for our school assignments and knowing that a lot of cheap printers out there are a waste of money, we decided to buy this instead. Since the model is quite old, I can't find the price but I'm sure it costed around 80 euros which is quite good.

The printer comes in the usual box (which was huge) with the instruction manual and how to set it up. Setting it up was not hard, just plug the power cord and the usb cable as you do with all printers. The printer itself is quite heavy and big, so make sure that it stays on one spot. It's about 30cm wide and 20cm tall, and on top of that, it has a detachable tray on the front which holds the paper you want to print on. This tray takes another 15 cm so when you don't need to print, just detach it so you have more space.

The design is very nice, the very middle part of the printer is black, and the top and bottom parts have a pale gray tone. There's a screen with buttons at the top, which helps you monitor the process

The actual printing process is very smooth, I have never had any problems with it even after 6 years. Of course you need to take care of it and not let the ink dry out. The cartridges is supports are the normal black one and the magenta-blue-yellow one so 2 in total. Of course you can choose to print with just one.

What I loved is the scanning process. I used to draw as a a hobby, and I scanned all those drawings to keep them in my pc and show to others. The scanning quality is amazing, no dark patches or uneven spots, just perfect quality scans.

The copying process is like scanning & printing together. You place the page you need to copy on top, and some paper on the tray, and the device scans and prints the scan at the same time.

You can also set it up for faxing, but I did not use it that way.
I believe it's a great purchase for an office or even your home. I recommend it to anyone.
