Advantages: Maybee it would be ok as a photocopier

Disadvantages: Misdecribed< software is appaling

This machine has been a real let down. I brought it for it facility to be able to scan to network folders. When I got the machine a tried to set it up I could not find anywhere to configure this so I asked for help on the hp forums only to be told that it does not have this feature and has been misdescribed. I then spent 3 weeks going backwards and forwardeds between hp and the shop that I brought it from with the retailer refusing to give me a refund unless I could get hp send me a specific form admitting fault for the product being misdescribed.
I am now trying to claim my money back from the retailer however it seems that I will not suceed with this and I and going to have to sell the machine on ebay for loss of about £100 .
