We got this printer/faxer in beginning of this year at work we have nothing but problems with it. first of all the faxer faxes sometimes come in with a long delay they print out quite faded and sometime misses pages because it cancels them because it is busy. faxing out is a nightmare be sure not to use important documents they always get caught through the thread and is impossible to get out without ripping.
