Advantages: Quality of photocopying
Disadvantages: Its size
If you work from home or maybe even have a small office then this is one item your going to need!
The HP Photosmart 2610 is everything you need. It includes a fax, colour and black and white photocopier as well as a printer. If you only have a small amount of space where you work then it's ideal as it saves you having two or three different machines to complete each function.
This is currently what I am using at work, and I find it quick and simple to use.
The print quality of faxes is good as it prints it out how it would do from work from the computer. The photocopier is also brilliant as you can choose from a vairety of options for instance if its something you need copied quick it can print them out fast for you (however you do lose quality on these) Yet if it is something that is important you can photocopy it using the best option which prints out an almost identical copy (in quality) of what you photocopied, however this does take longer, but I find it extremely useful as I am always having to copy certificates at work and as they need to be sent to customers they need to be the best quality they can be.
The small screen at the top of the Photosmart is also colourful and bright and the writing is large enough to make it easy enough to read instructions. It's also great for if a problem occurs as it will tell you what needs to be done to resolve it.
Also inserting and removing ink cartridges is simple, and just involves clicking it in and out of place which again in a busy office enviroment is great as within a couple of seconds it is back up and running off copies of whatever you need!
Although this is a great machine it does have one drawback and as you can proberly see from the photo it is it's size. It's quite bulky which mean it can take up quite a bit of space. Yet I suppose this is down to the fact that it can print of good quality copys, as with smaller versions I have seen of machines that do all in one this tends to happen to.
However like I have said before if you work from home or in a small office it's ideal as it's one machine that does everything well.
Summary: Great for those who work from home
