... starting up a bit of on the side work, i decided to buy an all-in-one. The HP OfficeJet 6210 was on offer in my local PC store. It looked good, was reasonably priced and seemed to have everything i wanted. I have now had this printer for 2 1/2 years and the only thing that i ve had to purchase for it, is ink and paper. Samsung SF 360 ... is a light and compact fax machine, which I currently use in the office it sits nicely on the corner of the desk hardly taking any space at all! The best thing I find about this fax machine is it s ease of use, even setting it up was simple! I am not the best at techilogical things and so was a bit dubious when my boss bought this into the office left it in it s box and said I m popping out could you set this up. So carefully I opened the box pulling out the fax machine and placing it on the desk! (Great I thought so far nothings broke!). Lexmark X5470 ... bought this computer to upgrade our old Lexmark which had unfortuantely bitten the dust. We got it from Argos for £50 as the one we wanted was out of stock and the retail price of this one was £99. What a bargain. This was an upgrade on all accounts and immediately after printing off the test page I was thinking we have ourselves a little belter here. We immediately put it through its paces as we had 100 wedding invites to print off and it becomes quickly apparent that this thing guzzles ink like there is no tomorrow. HP Officejet J6410 ... not buy this product. Why not? It does not function correctly with Windows Vista. It may be that you are thinking, "well that s probably a problem with Windows Vista". Yes and no. HP simply won t update the drivers to function correctly with Vista. Secondly, its advertised as wireless. It only prints wirelessly. If you want to scan and fax wirelessly, then you need a wireless print server costing over £200. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description and is very misleading. What else? The drivers are poor. HP are notorious for having bad drivers but this is a joke. They simply do not function correctly. For example, a scan of a page of text at the lowes...
