The lexmark X5470 is in general a good printer. With a resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi, you will get a very good print. And it is also capable of printing 25 pages per minute in black and 18 per minute in colour. Purchased the above in Dec 06 - fax facility is intermittent. E-mailed our problems to help desk. They sent instructions to resolve. This did not work. Eventually phoned helpdesk - took 15mins to answer - told there was a problem with the fax and that they are "manufacturing" part to resolve. This was Jan 10th - I have not had ANY confirmation from them when I will recieve part or ANY correspondence re fault.
