This printer was bought from our IT dep. to replace our old fax machine and printer/copier with only one unit. It gives us also the scan to PDF option. The machine worked fine for about 6 month, now we get a new one because they can't fix it. They replaced everything you can replace and we still got paper jams every 3rd time. 10 users share that unit. Oh yah try to print,copy or scan while the unit receives a fax (or is sending one from your coworker), let me tell you: it is impossible. The unit is useless until the fax is out and confirmed. Can you say ANNOYING? Our 10year old fax could scan to memory even while still sending a fax. That OKI was (nicely said) costing me time and nerves. Total headache!!! Buy a canon.

A number of months ago the IT eqipment in our work was updated, this included our office getting a new printer/fax machine. The OKI C 5550 Multi Functional Printer is what we were given. I'm no technology expert but I will review this as best I can! Unlike our old printer, this one can do a number of things; printing, scanning, copying and sending & receiving faxes.
