And it does it at speeds of up to 12 pages per minute, greatly reducing the time that the machine is occupied.

OKIOFFICE 120 has many features you'd be hard-pressed to find on many dedicated fax machines. It is fast on scanning, handling an A4 page in less than 2 seconds. It can store large volumes of incoming faxes (158 pages as standard, up to 798 pages with extra memory installed). Even long faxes can be held in memory, so there's no need to worry about paper running out if faxes arrive out of office hours from different time zones. Batches of up to 40 documents addressed to the same location can also be stored and kept for later sequential transmission - making great savings on long-distance call charges. Frequently used numbers are easily stored with 200 auto dials - split into 72 one-touch, 128 speed dials and 32 groups. It is far more convenient than keying-in every digit, and it virtually eliminates wrong numbers. If the power fails, the OKIOFFICE 120 can retain faxes in memory for 100 hours until power is restored. You can scan in documents up to B4 (the size of an open book) from the platen or A3 size from the automatic document feeder, then re-scale them and fax them straight away - so there's no need for laborious photocopying down to size. While all this is happening, your OKIOFFICE 120 won't be tied up because it is a 'triple access' machine that lets you scan, print and receive faxes, all at the same time.
