Panasonic Panafax DX-600 ... Documents can be transmitted to their destination either by fax or email. Operation is simple - no computer software mediation is required. With 'Send to email', you can send paper documents - even hand written ones - to any email address via the Internet. You can also send a conventional fax thanks to the Super G3 fax modem which assures high-speed, reliable fax transmission and reception over telephone lines.

The DX-600 is provided with both LAN and PSTN ports which can be used simultaneously. You can send a document over the LAN while receiving a fax via a conventional telephone line. The MDN (Message Disposition Notification) allows you to confirm that your email has been opened by the recipient. All faxed documents can have an electronic copy automatically sent to a single PC for fast storage and seamless retrieval. Ready for use as a high quality 600 x 600 dpi laser printer thanks to the built-in network interface and provided PC driver. For enhanced security, SMTP authentication allows the DX-600 access to most types of mail servers. The Network Status Monitor allows you to check the status of a networked connected DX-600 from your desktop. Using the provided Document Management Software, scanned documents can be efficiently managed, edited and even shared by networked PCs. A full QWERTY keyboard on the front panel allows you to directly enter mail addresses.

through, yet still it was thought of as amazing. I am glad those days are now well and truly gone. Our work machine is made by Panasonic, called the Panafax UF 895 Laser Fax Machine. Oh how the times they are a changing. This machine has a very simple operation, stick up to 500 sheets of A4 paper in the drawer that pulls out at the front, and away you go (well apart from plug it into the mains and connect it to a suitable phone line). This is very important as on a typical day we receive upwards of 200 faxes and it would be a pain to have to keep loading the machine every five minutes. really find fault with this fax and it s perhaps the most reliable fax I have encountered during my time in various offices within the NHS. The Panasonic Panafax UF-585 is a big and sturdy fax machine that might look a little archaic and cumbersome but has proven to be a faithful and dependable tool in my everyday fight against bureaucracy and red tape. According to the Dooyoo product description it has a compact design, small enough to fit on any desktop. Unfortunately, this I struggle to agree with this as it is currently perched on top of a fridge and takes up the entire surface.
