The DX-600 is provided with both LAN and PSTN ports which can be used simultaneously. You can send a document over the LAN while receiving a fax via a conventional telephone line. The MDN (Message Disposition Notification) allows you to confirm that your email has been opened by the recipient. All faxed documents can have an electronic copy automatically sent to a single PC for fast storage and seamless retrieval. Ready for use as a high quality 600 x 600 dpi laser printer thanks to the built-in network interface and provided PC driver. For enhanced security, SMTP authentication allows the DX-600 access to most types of mail servers. The Network Status Monitor allows you to check the status of a networked connected DX-600 from your desktop. Using the provided Document Management Software, scanned documents can be efficiently managed, edited and even shared by networked PCs. A full QWERTY keyboard on the front panel allows you to directly enter mail addresses.
