Up to 200 x 400 dpi ensures your incoming faxes will be easier to read. Spend less time waiting for your faxes to be sent. It only takes approximately 6 seconds per page.

Create intelligent communications with breakthrough special features you've never had in a fax machine before. Up to 10 pages of documents in frequent use can be stored by the unique memory function named "My Favorites". Save your documents and send them repeatedly whenever you want with just simple clicks of the one-touch button.

With the breakthrough Short Message Reception function in SF-345TP, you can now get short-message faxes sent from a cell phone or a PC. Your fax machine is intelligent enough to send a recorded voice message when the new fax comes in. Get Auto Notice for urgent faxes, rather than tying yourself to the fax machine. You can block off faxes you don't want, and get printed confirmation report that shows the fax image with transmission data.

The Hands free speakerphone and special Loud speakerphone allows you to move about during a phone conversation. With an office in your home, there are times you don't want to be disturbed. Set your machine not to ring, and still receive your faxes when you need them. The LCD screen display allows you to see the number of the person who's faxing or calling before you pick up the phone.

As I sit here in my office, next to my trusty Samsung SF 565PR, I wonder what more anyone could want in an all in one. Is it a fax machine? is it a printer? Nay, it is a wondrous piece of equipment. Printer, Fax machine, Telephone, and Scanner. All rolled in to one quiet, compact, and easy to use device. The setting up of the machine was a doddle. All I had to do was plug the printer in to the wall, into the USB port of my computer, and Huzzah! windows did the rest for me. The Samsung SF -560R is a recently released "MFP" (Multi Functional Printer) but highly unlikely to be suitable for any business, as it is unable to be connected to a computer and therefore incapable of printing. Furthermore, no drivers are supplied with the SF-560 and there is no driver to be had from the Samsung website nor anywhere else on the internet. After a full day s struggle in a futile attempt to enable printing, I returned the SF-560 for a full refund following a heated debate with the manager.
