This is a light and compact fax machine, which I currently use in the office it sits nicely on the corner of the desk hardly taking any space at all! The best thing I find about this fax machine is it's ease of use, even setting it up was simple! I am not the best at techilogical things and so was a bit dubious when my boss bought this into the office left it in it's box and said I'm popping out could you set this up. The Samsung SF -560R is a recently released "MFP" (Multi Functional Printer) but highly unlikely to be suitable for any business, as it is unable to be connected to a computer and therefore incapable of printing. Furthermore, no drivers are supplied with the SF-560 and there is no driver to be had from the Samsung website nor anywhere else on the internet. After a full day s struggle in a futile attempt to enable printing, I returned the SF-560 for a full refund following a heated debate with the manager.
