I live in a Bed and Breakfast and we use this machine to help with our business correspondents. When we first got it home I thought that the set up would be relatively simple and that I wouldn't need to consult the instruction Manuel very often if at all. How wrong I was. Even the initial "click and slot" procedure was relatively complicated. Once I got it to work I had to set the thing up. This also seemed complicated and everything is done from an umbrella menu. (Everything is done from the one menu) Trust me when I say that you will need the instruction booklet. To get the set up I wanted for the hotel it must have taken me around 2 hours. So with everything set up ...
