Xerox techs point to worn out rollers in the print trays - the machine is barely 3 months old!!!! I want my old low tech machine back, at least it was reasonably quick and rarely had issues. This machine should be a saving grace for the office.... however, the machine gets easily hung up on non-standard print jobs, which causes remaining print jobs in the queue to remain in limbo until the problem is fixed. In a financial workplace, where printer training for employees is not on par with xerox repairmen, and time is money, this can be horribly frustrating.
