Newest Review: ... Nothing happened. 2 months later (we had forgotton all about it) we had a letter from First Tricity Finance (who we had the direct debit with) saying we hadn't payed any money yet. I called First Tricity up on the phone and I tried to explain that we had set up a direct debit through DFS and they should have passed our details on. Obviously something had gone wrong down the line somewhere. I was asked to pay 2 months pay for the sofa and another £24 for their inconveniance.... What ! I thought it was our inconveniance. Last year sometime my girlfriend and myself decided to buy what was known as a "Funky Sofa" from DFS. Now this wasn't the cheapest of sofas as we bought a 2 seater and 3 seater. It came to around £1100 which for the money we were earning was quite a lot. We decided to go for a 6 months intrest free credit and then start paying after that. DFS took all our payment details, we filled out the relevant forms and went home eagerly anticipating the arrival of out sofas.
