If any of you have had a whitlow on one of your fingers then you will know how painful and uncomfortable they can be. Unfortunately a month or so ago I developed a nasty painful swelling on the tip of my finger and I knew from past experience that this was the onset of a whitlow. Once the tip of your finger starts to throb with pain it is really vital to make sure that the whitlow is kept clean all of the time and I alleviate the pain by bathing it periodically in a bowl of warm water. Anyway, I am not going to bore you to death with the tale of my painful whitlow. If you have a cut or an abrasion on your leg it is usually far easier to protect it ... Read the complete review

Finger Stalls With a finger which had been operated on and which has already been bandaged for a few weeks, it was imporatnt that I had something to keep the dressing vaguely dry. PRODUCT AND PACKAGING... The finger stalls come in a pack of two in a small box with the instructions on the back. When I open the pack the two finger stalls are the same size and shape. They are made of pvc and are obviously finger shaped, quite large, presumably so that the fit all fingers. They are bigger than my finger plus dressing but this causes no problems once I have the strap in place. At the bottom of the finger stall is some double elastic ... Read the complete review
