Care Antiseptic First Aid Cream
Advantages: Heals and helps soothe the skin.
Having lots of grandchildren means lots of accidents falling over and hurting them hurting themselves. Like all children they graze their knees and just need a little antiseptic cream to help heal the skin. This cream is a product that I often buy.
The cream comes housed in a tube and has a screw off top. It is easy to squeeze the tube to squeeze out the cream. It is a white coloured cream and has an antiseptic smell. Just the usual smell of an antiseptic cream. A pleasant enough smell and not too strong a smell of antiseptic.
The cream is very good for minor cuts and grazes, also good for spots and small abrasions. When my grandchildren fall over and graze their knees etc, this cream works really well to help heal the graze. I is a soft textured cream and with a little gentle rub on the skin and then just leaving it for a while it soaks into the skin in around 15 minutes or so. I use it for when I have a few spots on my face from shaving, it isn't often I have spots but sometimes I have some that won't go away naturally, so I just apply a small amount of the cream on the tip of my finger and rub it a little bit and then just leave it. Normally the next day the spot has almost gone. So it works in no time for healing spots.
It does help to soothe irritations on the skin, it fights infections and heals them quite quickly, used over a couple of days. For scratches it helps to heal them and stop them from feeling sore. Nothing worse than an irritating scratch and it feeling sore. It doesn't feel too greasy on the skin and just helps the skin heal well.
It can be used on the skin and just left to soak in and also used with a plaster or dressing over the wound. Any way used it does heal the wound in no time and just leaves it back in a healed condition.
It can be used for chapped skin too, sometimes in the winter I have chapped skin on my hands and use a little of the cream to just help it a little bit, it helps to soften my skin and leave it in the normal condition again.
This is a good quality cream. It is cheap enough to buy and I bought mine from my local shop for only 99p for a 30g tube. This is a good price and good value for money. I will keep on buying this brand, it works well to heal any skin irritations and cuts which occur for my grandchildren and family.
Always use clean fingertips to rub into the skin so not to cause more infection.
I recommend this cream, it works and is cheap to buy and I will keep buying it.
I rate it 5 stars.
Summary: Heals the skin.
