Also being in the Armed Forces I undertake very strenuous exercise such as long distance walking / running in the uncomfortable army issued boots, definitely not healthy for the feet. We were always advised to leave a blister open to the air,so that it had chance to heal. But in reality this often leaves the wound open to germs and infection, making the skin cracked ... These blister plasters are absolute miracle workers!! I went travelling in Thailand not so long ago and ended up going on hikes in the forests in 40 degree heat for 6 hours a day. Just to top it all off i'd taken some trainers that i had ridculously failed to try on before starting my journey.....they ended up being too small and crushing my feet ... Read the complete review

With a marathon runner and two kids doing Duke of Edinburgh in the family these are an absolutely essential part of our first aid kit. They help soothe the pain that blisters cause, and they are great because they do actually stay in place. The directions do advise that you can apply them before an activity to stop blisters developing ... Read the complete review

Known and loved by walkers everywhere, these little miracle workers can be the difference between a happy day's walking or hell on the hills. My next door neighbour Alison ran the ...
