I have to be one of the world's most clumsy people ever. I can injure myself with a wooden spoon so plasters are something I make sure I have in my house at all times. I have many different shapes sizes, brands etc, purely because no-one ever seems to buy the same plasters every time. I used to think that the waterproof plasters were a good idea; I tend to spend 99% of my day with my hands in water, either washing up, cleaning, hand washing clothes etc so waterproof plasters would seem like the best option to buy. Sadly this is not the case. Elastoplast fabric strip is in fact the best option I have come across. I either buy these of the roll of plaster strip ... Read the complete review

With this in mind I always make sure I have a ton of various plasters in my medicine cupboard. My husband also seems to get through a fair amount of plasters too, this is due to him having to wear steel toe cap work boots, and even though he has had them for months now, they still occasionally rub his heal, so needs a little protection there. I ended up with these particular ... Read the complete review

I bought a few of these from B&M recently because they were only 80p each. Each roll comes in a cardboard box and the roll unwinds so you can cut off a strip. This means that there's no messing about trying to find a plaster that's the right size for a cut or injury and you can make it exactly the size you want. I'm still on the first roll that I bought and have used it a few times for minor cuts and I used it on a deep leg wound as well but found that it wasn't absorbent enough for a deep wound. The strip has got a paper backing on it so when I cut it it doesn't stick to the scissors. It is very sticky so it sticks to my skin without peeling ... Read the complete review
