Savlon Antiseptic Spr
This is a must have in my medication box in the cupboard in my kitchen. This spray comes in a little see through blue bottle with a pinkish coloured lid, it is slightly transparent so you can see the liquid contained within which looks simply like water. I had to use this yesterday whilst my little three year old was over, and had the misfortune to fall off her little scooter and graze her knee in the garden. I call it nannas magic spray as when this comes out tears disapear and smiles follow.
To use this simply spray it onto the affected area, and a few sprays of this almost looks like water will help to wash the area also cleaning it and has an antiseptic formula which helps to stop infections. It may take a few seconds to dry, and is usable on grazes, paper cuts, I dont think there is ever a child that doesnt fall off their bike or scooter whilst learning, or gets into climbing or just generally falling when running etc, so this spray is a must have in any medication box.
This cost £2.62 per 100mls and I find that this bottle will last for ages, so is well worth buying as you will be safe in the knowledge that the affected area is clean and stops infection which you may get from the floors, or ground where dirt lurks.
I have always used this spray and what i personally like about it is it is no fuss to use and you can simply pop it into your handbag or picnic bag when going out for the day, so you always have a magic spray available for those little mishaps that often occurr.
This spray contains polysorbate 20, when you spray it it looks much like just a spray of water and i havnt noticed any real strong smell with it, and my grandchildren always seem to feel much better when I get my magic spray out.
I have always trusted products by savlon and have been using their products for years and can remember my mum
Summary: You can pop this into your handbag on days out
