... were. So I googled them and I was certain that they were going to be the solution for my wrist pains, without stopping working out.
They may seem a bit expensive for being just some push ups grips, but if think it through, it is way cheaper investing in something that will take care of your joints, rather than keep doing the same until the pain is so unbearable that you have to go to the doctors and in time and therapy sessions it will be more than the 15 quid they cost.

I really like having a toned upper body and daily I used to do hundreds of push ups and I was indeed getting there.
