These 'tummy trainers' are all over the market and are meant to help you strengthen your abs. I personally don't like them and have previously used this Argos version at a friends house, which I felt was awful. It's of very poor quality and I don't find them comfortable anyway but this one is probably the least comfortable you will find. I purchased the Argos Value Range Abdotrim Tummy Exerciser before my wedding, in order to trim an inch off my tummy and get washboard abs (well, girly washboard abs). It was £9.99, which is a good price, and comes disassembled. My husband (to be at the time) put it together for me, which was a bit awkward as it's not the sturdiest or most well made item, but we got there in the end. I have been attending my work based gym for many years now, but always find myself gravitating toward one particular piece of work out equipment, the sit up machine!
