~*~ The Purchase ~*~ I'd been needing a new exercise mat for absolutely ages and decided to buy this around six months ago when it was on offer in Argos. I didn't buy this because it's Davina branded or anything, I chose it purely because it was the cheapest available that looked to be of decent quality. ~*~ Price ~*~ I paid around a fiver for mine as I managed to get it on offer, but the retail price is currently £9.99. I think this is a reasonable price considering that the mat is good quality and durable. ~*~ Design ~*~ This is quite a basic looking exercise mat which I like, and it's the usual exercise mat ... When it comes to choosing a mat for doing your exercises on, it's surprising just how much you have to take into account. It's not just a case of getting something padded to put on the floor: it's about comfort in other ways, too. There are a ridiculous number of options available to you, from different manufacturers, colours, widths, depths, lengths, materials, patterns..........it's exhaustive. Price is often a big factor, as it really does depend on the value for money you get for the product you buy. There may bee a really decent product, but if it costs £20 and isn't that much better than something half the price, then is it good value? This Davina Air ... Read the complete review

I purchased my Davina Air Flow Exercise Mat from Argos for £7.99 not bad I feel. I purchased this mat when I lived in my old flat where we had laminating flooring which was cold, hard and slippery to exercise on. I also attend exercise classes from time to time and have issues with using mats that other sweaty people have exercised on I would much rather use my own. The mat itself is 182cm long, 61cm wide and 0.6cm deep. It is a blue colour and is made from foam which is breathable and slip resistant. The slip resistances was very good and this made did stay put on my laminate floor so at the end of my Davina dvd when the exercise start I stayed put. ... Read the complete review

Noe she is now longer doing Big Brother, Davina will no doubt have more time to launch lots of lovely fitness products. She is toned and womanly and every woman should aspire to be more like Davina. That includes my mum who bought one of these a few months back as part of her fitness programme. The fact that it is now rolled up under a spare room bed suggests the mat did meet her needs, but who is fault, the mat or the mother! Available for only seven pounds from Argos, the mat is an exercise mat, like the ones you might find in a gym, only a little more personal because this has Davina's seal of approval. The surface of the mat is made from a material that ... Read the complete review

I have wooden floors which make exercising a little precarious when there is certain moves involved that require my legs to be stretched like bambi and I have ended up on my bum on more than one occasion due to slipping and sliding. I knew the time had come to invest in an exercise mat so I did what any self respecting woman does in this situation and got out the argos catalogue to have a look at what they had. Being a sucker for a celebrity endorsement and also the fact it was quite cheap I plumped for the air flow exercise mat from the Davina Mcall range of exercise equipment. The price was only £6.99 which is amazing as most other exercise mats ... Read the complete review
