Noe she is now longer doing Big Brother, Davina will no doubt have more time to launch lots of lovely fitness products. She is toned and womanly and every woman should aspire to be more like Davina. That includes my mum who bought one of these a few months back as part of her fitness programme. The fact that it is now rolled up under a spare room bed suggests the mat did meet her needs, but who is fault, the mat or the mother!

Available for only seven pounds from Argos, the mat is an exercise mat, like the ones you might find in a gym, only a little more personal because this has Davina's seal of approval. The surface of the mat is made from a material that keeps you cool during a session. I had a go on it and found it ideal for static stretches and press ups and crunches. Those sweaty palms become a thing of the past with these mats, as the material seems to absorb excess fluids and keep you refreshed through the warmups.

In terms of comfort, it is is fairly comfy to work on too and if you lay it on a flat surface then you will be rewarded with a decent workout. There are cushioned sections to provide added stability, this helps particularly with pelvic exercises and back movements, to stop you sliding all all over the place. I rather enjoyed working out on it and you only need a stretch of just under two metres to use it. The mat rolls up afterwards or you can leave it as it is.

If there was anything I would alter I would introduce a mat with more masculine colours like black or dark blue, but that aside, this is a great way to workout in the lounge or bedroom and it has assisted me with pressups and crunches in my own routines.
