This is a very compact machine, ideal for someone who has little space. I found it very easy to assemble, in fact it only took me about 1/2 an hour then I was away! It comes complete with a 5 function computer, which has Scan, Stides per Minute, time, Calories and Total Strides. The calorie function will also be saved while you take a rest (or pop off for a Mars bar!) It gives an excellent work out, and will soon get your heart pumping. I have been inactive for a while, as I work from home and don't get chance to get out to the gym - after using it for just one day - I am totally cream crackered! I should be fit and slim in no time at this rate. The wheels on the front of the machine, make it very easy to move around, I have no trouble moving it at all - and I am not very strong. It would be very easy to tuck in a corner and fetch out when you want to have a work out. I would say it is best suited for a lady, or teenager, it does tend to wobble a little (but not enough to make it unstable). I think a man might need a sturdier machine. My 13 year old daughter has had a go, and she thinks it is great. The machine comes complete with an instruction video and a booklet giving you different techniques for using your Elliptical Machine. I think it gives as good a workout as the big machines you find in your local gym.
