Working out has always been a important part of my life. Since I was a child I loved to do sport and just being active. I always enjoyed the satisfied feeling after sporting. I think it's important that all people do some kind of sport as it improves the way you feel and also the way you look. I always enjoyed doing Aearobics classes for a few years but it always became more and more difficult to find the time to go to these classes that at one point I hardly went. So I deceided to by a step for the house so that I could workout at the comfort of my own house.

There are a lot of steps available these days on the market but I found that the Fitness Mad Step Areaobic step was the right one. It certainly wasn't the cheapest one out there with a price of around 45 pounds but the the reviews of people were all positive.

When you buy the step you still need to assemble it yourself which is dead easy. It really means that you only need to assemble the legs which are very easy to assemble. They are adjustable to different levels. The lowest level gives you a height of 12 cm and the higest level is 21 cm. Alltogether there are four settings.

I have to say the step is a bit boring to look at and not the most colourfull one. It has a blue colour on the top and the rest of it is black. What's important is that the step feels very firm and sturdy. The step is made from plastic and can take up to 32 stones.

I'm very pleased wit the step as while working out if feels very sturdy and I feel like I can do everything on it without the fair of breaking it. The step is stirdy aswell meaning it doesn't feel like it's just going to fall over. With the four settings you can choose the height you feel comfortable at for your work out.

Overall I think the price is a bit high but overall I'm glad I bought this step.
