This is an exercise trainer that is designed to help you lose weight and physical inches from your thighs and waist region. This can also be a fantastic cardiovascular workout. There is a workout DVD provided if you purchase this item new, I received one, but I have never actually watched. You also receive two resistance bands that help you turn this in to an almost full body workout.
=== How to use this ===
Well all you need to do is stand this on the floor. You can adjust the dial to set the resistance and then you step up on to the two feet plates and then begin to walk/march and your hips will swing from side to side as your feet move side to side on the foot plates.
There are resistance bands that you can attach and these basically work a little like a massive piece of elastic. You can pull them up while 'stepping' to work out your arms as well as your waist and thighs.

This can be found at eBay and I purchased mine for just 99p with local pick-up. I believe that these were originally around £50 upwards, back this was back in about 2005/6 and they were generally on sale from shopping channels.

Well I first purchased this really because of the bargain price on eBay. From time to time I will have a look at all of the items on offer and then if anything is going for just £1.00 or something ridiculously low then I will bid on it and hopefully win the item. I paid just 99p for this item and was able to collect it about five minutes from my house. The first thing that I noticed was that this is very heavy and quite bulky.
Once I got this home I gave it a quick clean over, changed the batteries in the computer and then I was away! I found this incredibly easy to use, it was just a case of basically walking on it and my hips would swing from side to side. It was very simple and the resistance bands that came provided very already attached and I just had to lift them up and down as I was moving from side to side.
I can definitely feel the burn when using this item. It is quick to put in place, simple to use and works well at helping me to build up a sweat. I found that the computer worked well, keeping an eye on time and what not with ease but I did not tend to refer to this and just hopped on and off whenever I wanted to do a little bit of exercise.
This is very easy to use and besides my Mum tripping over it I can think of nothing bad to say about it. This feels sturdy and stays in place when i am on it.
I actually stopped using this a little while back because my Mum broke her toe on it and so I have barely got it back out now because I am worried about someone else tripping over it and injuring themselves! That is my excuse and I am sticking to it!
Summary: A good work out at home.
