I purchased these Lonsdale Wrist Grips for £3.99 however since I have seen them on offer in quite a few places for up to half this price. They come in a pack of two so you can work both arms at the same time. They come with padded grips to make them more comfortable to use.
The main purpose of these hand grips is to improve your hand strength and to provide a simple workout to tone your forearms and work your hand and finger muscles. These hand grips will never significantly increase the size of your forearms if this is your aim. They also won't really help you if your aim is to lift heavy, low rep weights. However they are very useful for people who play sports that involve lots of repetitive wrist actions such as racket sports or rock climbing. As with any exercise they need to be used in a proper training regime to get the full benefits. They are also good for people who may be struggling with arthritis in their hands or forearms.
