The Nike fitness bottle is great. I bought the black and grey design but there are plenty to choose from with variety ranging from blue to yellow.

The bottle is made of plastic making it very versatile with rubber outing. The rubber outing is perfect for sports men and women and gym goers. It allows an easy grip on the bottle even with sweaty or clammy hands. I often carry the bottle whilst on a jog without the fear of dropping it.

I also take the bottle football training with me. It is continuously getting hit with balls, kicked and thrown all over the place. Despite this the bottle absorbs all kinds of forces and remains in its original shape.

When drinking from the bottom there is a pull up lid. You can suck from this and also squeeze liquid into you mouth. You can also screw the top off completely and drink like a cup. The lid is a softer plastic and does not pose any danger to your gums or teeth.

The bottle holds 600 ml and is perfect for use in exercise.
