I think this is the last of my Pineapple sports equipment reviews that I have left to write and even though Ive given all the other products such glowing reviews I think this one is probably my favourite because it does work really well for me. The Pineapple Twist Board is another piece of low-tech fitness equipment that I picked up after reading some reviews that praised it, especially for toning up the hips and bum. It only cost me £8.50 from Amazon (which included delivery) and I feel this was an incredibly good price and an amount I was more than willing to pay if it means a slimmer middle! I bought this Pineapple twist board from my Very catalogue for £10 a few months ago. I am constantly trying to find exercise which I enjoy and am forever buying the latest fad which has added up to quite a lot of money in the past few years.
