I bought this from a JJB shop for just under ten pounds.
The board is round in shape and pink in colour. It came boxed with usage instructions and to be honest it sounded pretty self explanatory. You just place the board onto a level surface and twist it with your hips. The board helps to tone muscles and tighten abs. The board is pretty sturdy and durable. It's made of strong plastic and it features two "feet" designs that you use as guides to place your own feet. The board also features small magnets that aim to stimulate circulation.
The board twists side to side and you twist it with your hips, which means no more love handles! The board is also great for toning the stomach and you can start to feel it working almost straight away. Don't be afraid if you start to ache at first - this is normal as your body will be working muscles it never knew it had! The board isn't too heavy in weight and it's not too big in size either so it can be stored pretty much anywhere. I keep mine under my bed. Another great thing about the board is that it isn't noisy, which means that it can be used whilst watching the television.
I have noticed a significant difference since using this piece of fitness gear and it's helped me to lose a few inches around my waist - which is a good thing!
It's great value and an easy way to work those abs!
Summary: An easy way to work out!
