** Pineapple Yoga Mat **

I discovered Yoga a few years ago when I got invited by a friend to join her Yoga class. I was a bit sceptical and also a bit scared that I couldn't go all the right positions. Now after a few years I don't see my self as the professional but I think I'm pretty good at it! Of course you are going to need a Yoga mat and I bought the Pineapple Yoga Mat. Just because it looks fun and colourful! And the mat was about 12 pounds.

The Yoga mat comes from the brand Pineapple. Pineapple is a sports brand and they sell a lot more than just Yoga Mats. They sell a lot of sport equipment like ankle & wrist weights but also a fitness ball. I have to say I enjoy the brand because of the colour pink they use! It all looks so colourful and happy! They really know how to cheer up a room and at yoga class I'm always standing out from the rest and get a lot of compliments from other people that the mat looks good!

The main reason for being this Yoga mat and not some cheap mat is because of the anti-slip surface. I didn't want to slide trough the whole classroom while sitting in some position so I wanted to make sure it was not going to do that. First I did worry a bit because the mat feels really thin but after trying it out I could tell that this mat wasn't going anywhere! It gives me a secure feeling and it helps me concentrate better during the workout.

The mat feels soft and therefore very comfortable and also very pleasant on my skin. What I also like is that It comes with a little bag where you can easily fold it in to and then carry it around on your shoulders. It's just sometimes these small things that makes it more easier and fun. I know it's more expensive than some other mats but it was been worth it!
