This mini trampoline is so much fun. It is describe as "The mini trampoline for an aerobic work out" but it has so many more uses.

I have a deep paddling pool and a great summer game we play is running and jumping in the paddling pool. Then one of my friends had a moment of inspiration of using the mini trampoline to fly majestically through the air into the pool. This created a phenomenon for us and we spend many summer days doing just that.

Also I take this cricket training. We prop the mini trampoline up at an angle and through a cricket ball at it. It rebounds off, zipping through the air, and we practice our catching off it.

Its built purpose is for aerobic work outs. With it size of around 40 inches it is perfect for one person to build up a heart beat and sweat ready for a decent work out. Bouncing up and down is a lot more tiring than one would think. It comes with a blue safety trim to protect you from the springs and a black sheet that you bounce on. Over the year I have owned it the bounce i generate is still relatively the same.
