If used regularly this is a great peice of kit to have in your home

If your like me and work from home this is a great product, I work all day at my laptop so really need to get my blood pumping, I do half an hour in the morning before I start work, then do 3 ten minute walks one at about 11 then lunch time then again at about 4. Ive noticed a big differance in my health and my beer belly has tightened woohoo.
The treadmill comes in a flat box but is straight forward to unpack and set up, it does weight about 70Kg so help would be advisable once assembled simply plug in and off you go.
There is a safety cord which dangles out of the front of the control box I would strongly recommend using this, the cord clips onto a piece of clothing and is a good length so it wont get in the way, the purpose of this is to stop the machine instantly in case you fall of or if you take a turn can be pulled, to reconect just put the plastic cord key back in slot.
Speeds start at 0.8 kmh which is very slow about 4kmh is a good walk speed to get the blood pumping, the mill goes upto 14kmh so even the fastest of runners will be put through there paces.
The running surface is 127cm by 45cm just a nice size, the belt is made of flexable molded plastic with a ruff surface making it non-slip, still wouldnt recommend using with wet trainers but why would you.
It is recommended that 19 stone is the limit to the users weight.
There is a large LED display on the control panel, this shows speed, calories, time and heart rate monitor to use the heart rate monitor simply hold the handles at the correct place after about 2 seconds the display will show your heart rate as it changes, you really need to be at a good walking pace to do this as running and holding the handles is a bit difficult and dangerous.
There is 22 settings available with 12 of them being preset workouts, this allows you to set targets easily from distance, Timed, calories burnt, and so on finding your own prefered setting is easy and can be used in differant combinations to suit all users.
For a harder workout the Incline feature can be used simply press the button and it will move up by a motor an extra 10% incline can be added the differance is very noticable building the incline up slowly is best for good results.
Folds up quite neatly but is still a size of a machine, the wheels on the bottom make it easy to move but as its heavy perhaps some might struggle. Unless getting used regular it will take up space so somthing to consider first.
