If your like me and work from home this is a great product, I work all day at my laptop so really need to get my blood pumping, I do half an hour in the morning before I start work, then do 3 ten minute walks one at about 11 then lunch time then again at about 4. Ive noticed a big differance in my health and my beer belly has tightened woohoo. The treadmill comes in a flat box but is straight forward to unpack and set up, it does weight about 70Kg so help would be advisable once assembled simply plug in and off you go.
