On my recent drive towards getting fitter I have started to jog when ever i get a chance to. I knew I needed a water bottle so I founf this one on amazon for the low price of £5 I decided I wopuld purchase it. When it arrived i was a little dissapointed as I didnt realise it only holds 330ml of liquid which is not alot around a glassfull.

The bottle is made of durable see through plastic and has a strange oval shape as it has a large whole in the middle of it as to allow for it to be easily held while running. The handle is made usefull this way also as water is stored in this part of the bottle. A good job really as with the small amount it already holds it would be useless if it was any less.

I put it to the test and took it out with me on my next run. The neck of the bottle is not very wide but even so I found it easy to fill up with water. It was very light easy to open ( even with sweaty hands) and I found it very easy to hold on to and it kept me nice and hydrated untill I was on my return trip and unfortunattly my water had run out by then. When i got it home it was very easy to clean and was ready to be used again.

I did think this bottle was a good concept and can be used for other things rather than running. The shape makes it good for carrying on runs and while at the gym but the size does let it down. I have now invested in a bigger sports bottle and have saved this for use while im in the house doing my exercise dvds as I can keep filling it up then.
