With Christmas now behind us, I think many are starting to want to get active and fit again. I am quite during the summer months and regularly go for jogs, I live just off a main road so going for a brisk jog on my own is fine but in winter months as sad as it may seem, I don't feel confident going out on my own and tend to find exercises that I can do from home instead (It of course nothing too do with me not wanting to go for a run in the cold weather!)
