The Hydrant is made up of three parts, a water bottle, a lid with integrated handle and a tube for hands free drinking. The bottle comes in two sizes 750ml and 1000ml. The tube itself comes in two parts, the tube and the drinking stopper at the end. The tube is inserted through the lid of the bottle. We've had a few issues with the drinking stopper coming off but this is more to do with my daughter's mouth control and I would not expect this to be a problem for most users. The Hydrant is a water bottle that comes with a drinking tube that means you don't need to lift the bottle to your mouth. The lid also contains an integrated handle allowing it to be hung from say a bed frame. I came across this product by chance in an article in the Daily Mail. My daughter has cerebral palsy and I'm always looking for devices that help her achieve independence. So I went to the website and ordered one. It definitely works and it was a great delight to me to find my daughter able to help herself to a drink for the first time.
