I bought my Torso Track 2 from Screenshop (a shopping channel on Sky TV) after I had seen it advertised on the TV. It looked like a relatively easy and pain free way of getting a flatter stomach so I thought I'd test it out. Firstly, the Torso Track actually works the 3 areas of your stomach (upper, middle & lower), your arms and your upper back. So it's like an upper body workout not just your abs.
