I quite often use this just in our front room, in front of the TV, to sit on. I find this really helps my core muscles, and the ball sustains my weight quite comfortably. Ah, the exercise ball. That thing that your mum has had slowly deflating around the house that you've been playing with more than she's been exercising with. Am I right? No? Oh, well maybe you've got one of these instead then, if it's being used. Trec Nutrition have an exercise ball with a somewhat unique feature to it, in that it incorporates handles into the side of the ball to maximise your exercises and increase the ease for others.
