My brother had this lying aroud for a few months before I started to use it. I was trying to get fit and lose a bit of weight so thought that while the equipment was there I might as well use it! It was bought in Argos for about 100 euro.
It is made by York who are an internationally renowned fitness company. They supply a lot of these types of fitness equipemand and are a really good brand.
The combo bench consits of a bench that you can lie on and do weights. The back can be adjusted to lie in three different positions. This is really sturdy and feels quite safe too. At the end you can sit down and excersice your legs by lifting the weight that can be attached. I found this is excellent as I dont like to walk much and this really strenghtens my leg muscles.
The only thing is that the weights and bars are not actually included with it and have to be bought seperately. This is a bit disappointing as it cost an extra 100 pounds at least. It takes up a good bit of space too. The dimensions are as follows: Length 58" Width 48" Height 20". It doesnt store flat either so unless you have room to keep this as it is in your home I wouldnt advise you to get this exact model. It is pretty heavy so no fear of this moving when in use.
I enjoy using it to boost my fitness levels and would recommend it to anyone wanting to gain muscle or get fit. Just make sure the dimensions suit your requirements.
