A good piece of kit, but get the larger memory version

I recieve this product as a present for christmas.
This is a USB 2.0 1GB flash memory stick.
Over the past 3 months I have had this product I have been impressed with it. It is compatible with most computers (windows xp and vista). It is a 'plug and play' USB stick which quickly can load and save files from the computer (much quicker than my buffalo 1GB flash stick). The plastic coating which protects the drive seems to be very durable, i have droped it countless times and not even a crack (even into water once, still works).
Unfortunatley there are some drawbacks. The size of the flash stick is the same for all the versions, 2 and 4 GB. As well as this it sometimes does not connect with my computer, even after reinserting it (but to be fair, it does not happen often).
Overall i recommend that if you were to by this product, maybe spend an extra £3 and get the 2GB or some more for the 4GB version as they seem to be a better deal.

DiskOnKey operates as a secure, reliable, removable disk, using Universal Serial Bus (USB) device interface. Your host computer immediately detects it, recognizing it as a supplementary removable disk and assigning it a drive letter. DiskOnKey supports complete and instantaneous plug and play interoperability on the latest Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems, with no software drivers required. Since DiskOnKey has its own central processing unit (CPU), it can directly support and run multiple applications, crossing the boundaries between a PC and a Macintosh.

The new DiskOnKey 2.0 gives you all of the great features you love on the DiskOnKey at a transfer rate up to 4 times faster than before.
