Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: ugly
The Play.com 8GB Flash Drive is a very good value flash drive, I bought mine for £6.99 from, well obviously play.com and have found it to be a very reliable device that has never let me down.
The flash drive itself comes in a cheap looking and very cheap feeling transparent blue case with a fully detachable lid which when in use can be simply placed at the other end to avoid losing it.
To be honest I don't consider looks to be a priority when it comes to a flash drive I am more interested in reliability and value for money and in both areas this device delivers.
Ii have noticed that it doesn't have a key chain holder which I have found useful in other flash drives, but to be honest for the price your paying you really can't complain.
I find the speed very reasonable although I have only used it to save my college work so no really huge files or films or anything like that so I can't really comment on if it is a good device for things like that.
Overall I think for £6.99 it's a great device although the looks aren't great there not bad enough to put me off buying.
Also on ciao
Summary: a reliable device
