This memory stick it very reliable, I have backed up all my important files onto it and when my computer packed in a was relieved that all my documents were safe. It has very quick transfer rates for both uploading and downloading data.

So it can pretty much be used by everyone. It is really lightweight and small. The cap is tight enough not to have to worry about loosing it and damaing the USB. It also comes with a 2 year warranty so I anything were to go wrong at least you get a replacement even if your work is lost.
The only real downside is it isn't password protected so your files aren't secure if it gets stolen. But all in all it has served me well and I would recommend it.
