Advantages: Really reliably, big capacity
Disadvantages: pricey
Lexar are renowned for producing high quality memory products and their SD cards are no exception. I've owned a number of Lexar SDs over the years and generally opt for the cards in their 'Professional 133x' series. My highest capacity Lexar SD is the 32GB version which has a current retail price of £28.99 from amazon.co.uk.
Although looks aren't important in an SD card (as the product spends most of the time hidden inside your camera), the Lexar appears stylish with a golden label featuring black text. It should be noted that as it's a SDHC, rather than a standard SD (HC = high capacity), it will only work with HC compatible card readers (as a general rule, all made post-2007 should be fine).
Speed & Relability

Performance-wise, the Lexar Professional 133x card is certainly as good as any other SD i've used in my DSLR camera in the past. It's rated as Class 10, meaning that it can write data at speeds of a least ten megabytes a second - but that's just the minimum rating; in practice, the card easily manages 20mb/s which is very impressive indeed. During use, it can easily sustain a burst mode of high resolution photos, which is something that i've found my lesser cards certainly can't do.
In terms of reliability, the Lexar has been faultless - I know it's rare for an SD card to stop working, but with the cheaper makes I have encountered the odd card error here and there. If you do have a problem with the Lexar, the product comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
Final Word

With high performance and high reliability, the Lexar Professional 133x 32GB is an excellent SD card - yes, it's more expensive than other branded SDs out there - but if you're a professional photographer then the extra peace of mind is certainly worth the cost.
Summary: One of the best SD cards out there
