The Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is ideal for digital camera's and camcorders. I needed some extra memory for my digital camera so bought this.
Sandisk have a good reputation in developing flash memory cards so I thought I would go for this. With my digital camera I had a supplied 1GB card which to be honest isn't much when taking high resolution photos, it fill up pretty quick.
The Sandisk SD card is a good size at 4GB storage. It also has ESP technology which basically allows data on the card to be accessed quicker. This is great for fast loading especially when taking photos with a digital camera, as the last thing you want is to wait 1 min to just see the photos you just shot. This simply makes everything that little bit quicker. It can actually access your data at an incredible speed of 20MB per second!
The SD card like all cards is capable of all media storage from MPEG's to JPEG's including files and folders. This SD card also comes with recovery software appropriately named RescuePRO. This lets you easily recover any data on the card from you PC. This can be done in two ways, via your device or a card reader. This SD card has also been tested in the harshest of temperatures from -13º F to 185º F -25º C to 85º C Min 20MB/second. So you know it will perform whatever the weather when usually cold weather slows things down this will stand its ground.

Overall the Sandisk Extreme III 4 GB Compact Flash Card is perfect to replace your old SD card or simply an upgrade from a lower storage size. You will definitely notice a difference when running this card as it works without any glitch at a good speed too. I got this card from Ebay for around £5 inc. p&p usually retails at around £10.
