The time of memory cards has come upon us like never before. Nowadays everyone has products which use a memory card. There is no universal card for all products since memory makers are in competition with everyone.

However the most popular is SD, which is used in mobile phones, digital cameras and even in some GPS. As of writing this right now, Micro SD is the newest one yet.

I got from Amazon for £4.99 not including postage. It comes with a 2 gig Micro SD card, and a SD and Mini SD adapter for older products or memory readers. The speed of file transfer is quick and for me each song took about 5-10 seconds.

The card is about the size of a thumb tack, and very thin, actual dimensions are 15 mm × 11 mm × 1 mm. It is very fragile so you must make sure that it is looked aftered. I use this for my mobile, and with the adapter i can use it on my laptop for easy transfer of music files. On average you can store about 300-400 Mp3s depending on quality. you can use it to store data or files. It is a very handy tool that is needed for much of todays product, it was a very good buy and i am happy with it and would recommend this to all.
