This card really is tiny, its around 1 mm thick, and can carry several thousand songs, and means your phone camera will nearly never run out of room to save.
This card when you first insert it into your phone will be formatted to fit the phones storage methods. After this, you can use it in any computer just through plug and play, and then drag and drop files on and off of it. The card is relativity fast to copy too, and is faster if you have a direct connection to the computer rather than going through a phone or camera in my experiance. You can also use your devices cable to plug into a computer or TV to show photos and video, depending on your device.
I have never had any problems with data loss, although make sure you format it in your device before using it like a memory stick. I put everything on it first, then my camera wiped it to put its own folder system on. Be aware of this because you could end up losing data this way.
This card is made directly by sony, and is made to fit sony products, so you know its a brand you can trust. I would recommend this product for anyone needing to expand thier storage. It is annoying however than sony products don't use SD and micro SD cards like the rest of the world.
This is a tiny little memory card that boasts a large storage capacity. These memory cards were designed by Sony for thier Sony Ericsson mobile phones, so that thier on board capacity can be increase and so that a user can store more audio and picture files on thier mobile phone.
The memory card is quite similar in sixe to its rival a mini SD card about 1cm by 1.5 cm long and is approx 2mm in thickness. The good thing about the memory card is its size, it is handy to easily place within your phone and the transfer speed between files and source is really quick. Although it was released to compete against the mini SD card, its sales tend to be lesser and Sony are thinking of dropping the M2 card altogther. You can store a lot on the 4GB capacicty.
The 4GB card roughly costs between 20 and 25 pounds so it is not exactly cheap. I would advise and buyer to consider how long they intend to keep thier Sony Ericsson phone before making a purchase of this memory card which is likely to become useless on future phones.
