I'd recommend this card to anyone who needs a larger miniSD

      THE GOOD
The card was bought for me buy my brother as I needed one for my nokia e61 for storing files, folders, games, pictures and music. My brother was sure to review for the best 1GB card before purchasing and his research has paid off. The card came in a sealed vaccuum formed package which is good as it means it had been insulated and protected. It came with an adapter for a normal SD slot which i imagine would be useful if I had any devices which required such a size.

The main factor when reviewing this card of course how well it does its job. So far I have encountered no problems with it at all, and it has simply plugged in and worked since day one. On it i store different types of files and there does not seem to be any compatiblity or formatting issues. In terms of the cards speed, it is very difficult to judge seeing as mine is in a e61 smartphone which has to process the information, and can vary in how long it takes to do this. I like the way the card came with a plastic case, which would be vital for storage if I ever had to swap cards for some reason.

      THE BAD
Its very hard to find anything negative to say about this miniSD card, it simply does its job and is reliable. If anything bad was to happen i would of course get in touch with Transcend as they offer technical support and warranty. Perhaps my only gripe is the packaging. In this age of environmental awareness perhaps a more 'green' way could be found to sell these products. I couldnt find any sign on the plastic that is was recycleable. However this really is nit-picking, and an issue that the whole industry should address.
