Bamix Gastro 200 ... long shaft allow up to 20 litres to be processed. The Gastro comes with 3 attachments: a mincer ( for solids ), a beater ( for light frothy dishes ) and a whisk ( to achieve a thick creamy consistancy ). It is also fitted with a cage to protect pans and bowls from blade damage. Supplied with a wall bracket for storage.
